Description

Background

The settings page of ABP for IE currently contains the following sentence to describe the domain whitelisting feature:
"Manage Blocking:You can disable ad blocking for some websites. Manage your list of websites for which you want to see ads."
Unfortunately, that sentence does not make clear that this is a domain only whitelist, not working with complex URLs, such that many users report it being broken while using non-domain URLs.

To not need a second version of the existing translation, we can reuse the one for Chrome, just needing to adaot the button label in IE.

What to change

In ABP for IE, replace the following sentence at the settings page:

Manage Blocking:You can disable ad blocking for some websites. Manage your list of websites for which you want to see ads.

with the one used on Chrome as well:

Adblock Plus is disabled for the domains listed below. You can add a domain either via the Adblock Plus icon in the address bar or by typing the domain (not a URL) in the box and clicking the "Add domain" button.

Additionally replace the button label of the button adding entries to the domain whitelist at the ABP for IE settings page from "Add" to "Add domain".
