ABP not able to block or hide anything on bing.com in Opera

Windows 10
Opera 58.0.3135.53
ABP 3.4.3
How to reproduce
- Disable AA
- Add bing.com##body and *$domain=bing.com as custom filters
- Go to bing.com
Observed behaviour
ABP isn't blockig or hiding anything on bing.com.
Expected behaviour
The page should be blank and all requests should be blocked.
Notes
Also the ABP panel in the dev tools is empty.

I confirm that no webRequest.onBeforeRequest events are fired and no content scripts are injected in Opera on bing.com. FWIW, Chrome is well known to do the same on webstore.chrome.com. But Opera protecting Bing (and potentially other websites) from extensions is certainly interesting. But (if my analysis is correct) there is nothing we can do (other than reaching out to Opera).

Sorry, but we switched to GitLab. If this issue is still relevant, please file it again in the new issue tracker.
This seems to affect google.com and .de as well (probably all Google tlds) and duckduckgo.com.
I see they whitelist baidu.com, duckduckgo.com, facebook.com, google.com and yandex.com in their own adblocker by default. You can see and remove these exceptions in the UI (opera://settings/adBlockerExceptions). But their adblocker is not enabled by default and also bing.com isn't listed there. Removing an exception from there doesn't have an effect for ABP.
