As well as trying mapx's suggestion, please could you confirm these things?
- Chrome version
- Adblock Plus version
- Operating system and version
- Filter subscriptions
- Other browser extensions installed
Was Adblock Plus previously working for you? If so, did anything happen around the same time the extension stopped working for you (e.g. Chrome was updated)? Does it not block adverts on other websites too, or is it just this one?

Could be this bug in chrome:
