Background

Our testing partner ​passbrains will hand over issues from their testers to our issue tracker via an HTTP POST data interface. As their file size limit for attachments is 15 MB, we should raise ours to that amount, too to be able to receive all possible attachments from them (our current size is 10262144 bytes).

What to change

Raise the maximum allowed attachment size for our issue tracker to 15 MB.
