Description

Once #1166 is done, we will be able to import strings from ABP for Firefox. Right now, we need to manually run the import_locales.py script that changes the translation files, and commit the changes.

Since there's no point in having the strings we import in the IE translation files, we should run this script automatically at build time instead. The strings imported via the script should be removed from all translation files.
