Description

We should offer the user to start IE after the installation. It would also make sense to do that automatically if IE was shut down by the installer.

The custom action to detect IE already provides the relevant data by setting properties available to MSI condition expressions. What's needed is to use those results within the UI sequence.

This issue is block by #74, since until we can close the engine process, the user will have to reboot in order to get a new engine version. If we try to restart IE before a reboot, we'll have a version mismatch between the BHO and the engine.
