Environment
Win 7
Running IE 8
Running ABP 1.1
How to reproduce
- Open the installer for ABP 1.2
- When asked to close IE, chose "no"
- Click "next"
- When the "Files in use" warning arises, chose to let the installer close IE and ABP
Observed behaviour
The installer states that it cannot close IE and ABP.
Expected behaviour
The installer should stop IE and ABP.

The dependency on #74 arises because the file "AdblockPlusEngine.exe" needs to be replaced on installation. At present the engine does not close when the browser and plugin terminate, not in all cases (cases which include the stated test conditions).
