Environment
Windows + 7 64bit + Internet Explorer 9 + Chinese
ABP version 1.2.705.0
How to reproduce
- Install ABP 1.2.705.0
- Open IE 9, make sure ABP is installed successfully by checking ABP icon displayed in the status bar
- With IE browser opened, go to control panel and uninstall ABP
- A message is shown to close IE and ABP engine. Keep options selected as Automatically close application....., click OK
- A window "The setup was unable to automatically close all requested applications. Please ensure that the applications holding files in use are closed before continuing with the installation." shows
- Click OK button but without closing IE browser, the installation continued processing, and uninstalled ABP successfully
Same issue from AIN-6 version 1.2.636.0 for IE 8

Observed behaviour
IE is not closed.
Expected behaviour
Any opened IE should be closed.

Maybe this is an internet explorer issue, which is not related to Adblock plus.
@ developers team: could you check this

Without closing IE browser, the installation can still continue processing, and uninstalled ABP without problem.
