Description

Background

Currently our installer sends WM_CLOSE messeges to IE, if it needs to be closed. While that works, sometimes iexplore.exe process is still left hanging, and so installer can't proceed.

What to change

We should try forcing iexplore.exe and AdblockplusEngine.exe process to close
