Description

Background

For #1706 we need to import localization files (in Chrome's JSON format) from adblockplusui repository into Adblock Plus for Firefox.

What to change

Make sure the locales can be imported at build time, via [import_locales] section in metadata.firefox - similarly to how this is being done by the Chrome packager already.
