Blocking one image blocks the other images also in the webpage

Environment
Windows + Vista 64bit + Opera + English
ABP version Adblock Plus Version 1.8.9.1311
How to reproduce
- Install latest ABP extension.
- Load website http://titan.co.in
Observe that there are multiple images loads one after other in intervals. titan.jpg
- Block the image http://titan.co.in/images/Banners&png/Banners/EOSSMIA2015_B.jpg
- Refresh the page. Observation1.
Remove the added filter now and refresh the page.
- Block any other image instead for example http://titan.co.in/images/Banners&png/Banners/EOSSTanishq2015_B.jpg
- Refresh the page and observe. Observation 2.
Observed behaviour
Observation1 : Once the image is blocked, no other image appears in intervals as was in step 2.
Observation2 : Only the selected image is blocked, and other images appears in intervals. which is fine.
Expected behaviour
Only the selected image shall be blocked and not others.

I can no longer reproduce any unexpected behavior here. The website seems to have changed, and from the description above I cannot conclude what the underlying issue was, in case it still exists and potentially causes problems in other scenarios.
