How to reproduce

  1. Open any site.
  2. Click on AdBlock icon of toolbar.
  3. Click on 'Block ads on this website' option to check off. 
  4. Click on 'Block ads on this website' option to check on. 

Observed behaviour

  1. & 4. Opened site is reloaded.

Expected behaviour

  1. & 4. Opened site is not reloaded as this works with Adblock Plus in Chrome.
