How to reproduce
- Install latest ABP extension.
- Load website http://jrgraphix.net/r/Unicode/0590-05FF
Click on ABP icon and see items blocked summary
Observation 1
- Right click on logo image and block it. see snapshot logo.jpg
- Again Click on ABP icon and see items blocked summary
Observation 2
- Refresh the page.
- Again Click on ABP icon and see items blocked summary

Observed behaviour

Mass-closing all bugs in Adblock Plus for Firefox module, the codebase of Adblock Plus 3.0 belongs into Platform and User-Interface modules. Old bugs are unlikely to still apply.

Reproduced on the same site.
ABP reports "0 of 21" blocked on first visit, then after blocking the logo reports "1 of 22" blocked and then after page refresh reports "1 of 20" blocked.
Repeatedly refreshing the page from this point on causes the display to switch between showing "1 of 21" and "2 of 22".
