Description
Background
In #1170 we are missing maxthon-teaser.png which is shown on maxthon page for Chinese users (with Chinese locale).
What to change
Copy:
maxthon-instruction.png from "anwiki/_override-static/global/global/img/maxthon-instruction.png" to "static/img/maxthon-instruction.png"
remove:
maxthon-teaser.png from "static/img/maxthon-teaser.png"

I've updated the refresh-static-files script accordingly. You'll likely still have to manually delete the maxthon-teaser.png image though so I'll leave this open for now.
