Description

Background

#2126 is about to move the CMS into its own repository. Once the web server configuration is adjusted in #2128, the CMS code in the sitescripts repository can be removed.

What to change

Remove sitescripts/cms directory. Also, build and dist can be removed from .hgignore (these directories are created by PyInstaller).
