Description
Background
The repository for testpages has been created and its contents need to be served / publicly accessible to allow testers to run the test suite.
What to change
Set up a new web server under testpages.adblockplus.org that will serve the CMS in the testpages.adblockplus.org repository. It can use a self-signed SSL certificate.

Who shall be able to access the (HTTP/S) resource - and from where?
Who: Only colleagues? Or non-Eyeo testers as well?
Where: From literally anywhere? Or is "inside the Eyeo network" roughly enough?
Background: We've acquired more spare hardware resources and set up an Eyeo VPN earlier this year. This allows for internal resources to be served more secure and flexible, as it enables us to e.g. allocate hardware resources in-house. However, this applies to internal resources only. Thus the who and where questions - they allows us to determine if the pages can be served internally.

Who: It should be available to both colleagues and public / non-Eyeo testers.
Where: It should be publicly accessible from anywhere and not require the tester to have access to Eyeo's internal network.
