Description
Background
We are working to replace the the anwtoc Anwiki table of contents tags with something that will work after our website has been migrated.
What to change
Create a new toc macro that takes a page name and optional title_tag and outputs the page's TOC HTML based on the result of combination of the get_page_content global function and the toclist filter. Have it be available for include from any template that needs it.
