Background
Because of missing JavaScript files pages mentioned below misbehave:
- https://beta.adblockplus.org/en/abp_linkfactory ( webtools.js )
- https://beta.adblockplus.org/en/deregifier ( deregifier.js )
- https://beta.adblockplus.org/en/redundancy_check ( redundancyCheck.js )

Add License header and migrate JavaScript files mentioned bellow to our new server:
