Adjust the Eyeo settings menu

Description
Background
The Eyeo settings menu currently has the items About Adblock Browser, FAQs and Give feedback. The last two point to pages on mozilla.org. We want to change the name of that menu, and have the links point to pages on adblockplus.org.
What to change
- Change the name of the Eyeo menu (under Settings) to Adblock Browser.
- Change the FAQs item in the Eyeo menu to point to https://adblockplus.org/en/faq
- Change the Give feedback link to https://plus.google.com/u/1/communities/112291714220563111060
