Background

#2607 fixes an issue in all Firefox extensions that use buildtools and specify a currentVersion - Adblock Plus has this issue, so we should update the buildtools dependency to fix it. No other changes are being imported by this.

What to change

Update buildtools dependency to revision bdd544d595f2.

Hints for testers

This fixes #2607 in Adblock Plus for Firefox, please ensure that uninstallation clears the currentVersion pref as described in the issue.
