Description

Currently, the nginx setup for our codereview-server is done in module rietveld. Module codereview was intended to combine module rietveld and associated dependencies into a codereview-server-setup. Thus the nginx setup should become moved to module codereview, especially because Rietveld could also run behind another HTTP daemon.
