[meta] Support languages other than English

In the beta, we're only building Adblock Browser with English strings included. There are two problems with this:

Non-English users might find it difficult, or impossible to use.
Since the user's locale is always en-US as a result, Adblock Plus won't automatically select an appropriate language-specific adblocking list.

Since most strings in Adblock Browser are the same as in Firefox, the main effort is to apply Firefox's translations.

We have added/changed a few strings, those will have to be translated via Crowdin.
