Description
Background
There are many "small" pieces of functionality that sometimes behave differently or incorrectly depending on which elements are used (and how) on a page. Good examples of this are the collapsing of element space and "image did not load" placeholders (example issue).
It would be useful to have other test cases not part of the test suite (or an externally hosted page that may change or disappear) to quickly check this behaviour and guard against/check for regressions.
What to change
- Search through Trac and create a list of past/existing issues that match the description of functionality above (placeholders, new tags, srcset etc.). Update ticket with list once done.
- Create test case pages containing elements that allow the testing of the identified issues.
Where to put the changes
Other test case pages should live in the testpages repository.
