Description

Background

We currently store notifications data in the extensions.adblockplus.notificationdata preference. However, the contents here might potentially get large - preferences aren't meant for that.

What to change

Move notifications data to patterns.ini where it can be stored along with the filters. It can probably be added to FilterStorage.fileProperties - that's values at the beginning of patterns.ini that aren't associated with any section.
