Description

Background

Our custom strings in Adblock Browser for Android are in the same format as our Adblock Plus for Firefox strings, but we are handling them differently. The Adblock Plus strings are converted to JSON, so we can add comments - that wouldn't be possible with the DTD format.

What to change

Use the same translation format as in Adblock Plus for Firefox. This also means that the translation upload/download code from buildtools.localeTools can be used directly.
