1. go to https://issues.adblockplus.org
2. press ctrl+shift+c (shortcut for opening devtools inspector)

observed behaviour:

29.0.1                         - devtool panel is fully drawing, but actually doesn't work
30.0, 31.8.0 esr,
   32.0.3, 33.0.3,
        33.1.1, 34.0.5         - it is just drawing a kind of initial devtool panel
                                     rectangle for the first time and nothing afterwards
35.0.1                         - devtool panel is fully drawing and properly initializes,
                                     but ehh-button doesn't work
36.0.4, 38.2.1 esr, 40.0.3     - everything is okay

background:
