Description
Replace the hg.adblockplus.org back-end with new hardware, retaining keys and certificates where possible, in order to minimize communication effort. Code- and config-wise, this should result in IP information changes only.

The new hardware has been setup and provisioned. The necessary updates to our DNS records have been made and should be propagated throughout all proper caches already. The old, unstable back-end is inactive. The initial data synchronization for the new one is currently in progress. It will take about 3-4 hours, at least. After that step the service should be up and running again in a matter of minutes.
