Background
Linux doesn't support CAT tools at all. Also the use of Microsoft Office is recommended in order to ensure accuracy and compatibility among files.
What to change
Change the OS from Linux to Windows.

Note that ensuring encoding and special character accuracy is almost impossible with Microsoft office, so please be super careful when working on translations with Office (or just don't).
