Background

In order to accomplish #3936 we need a list of URLs to visit.

What to change

Make a script which creates the list of URLs from subscription repository. The idea is to find URLs in the commit messages of subscription repository.

This script already exists under ​https://hg.adblockplus.org/sitescripts/file/tip/sitescripts/crawler/bin/import_sites.py.

So it looks like this issue can be closed then?
