Favicons missing in tabs selection after app restart

How to reproduce
- open some tabs. Load websites with recognizable favicons in them.
- observe the favicons being displayed in the tabs selection screen
- restart the app and go to tabs selection screen
Observed behaviour
The tabs are missing favicons except the one currently opened. The favicons are popping back when the respective tabs are opened again.
Expected behaviour
All tabs have favicon displayed as before the restart, without needing to open them again.

The fix is known and tested on develop. @mario let us known if you want to spin another build over the currently prepared 1.3.2 build 932, or if you are fine living with it until 1.4. IMO it depends just on the speed of getting a new build signed for the submission, which may not be manageable on Friday.
