Description

We need to update sitescripts.extensions.bin.updateDownloadLinks module to work properly for IE (should be trivial once file extension for IE builds is corrected in #42). Then we can add a dynamic link to IE releases to the website.

The fix in #42 indeed ensures that the correct download link is being generated, now we only need to start using it.
