Description (last modified by sebastian)
Background
We are currently in the progress of migrating our code base to Python 3. And with jshydra being a dependency of buildtools this is where to start.
What to change
Make all Python code in the jshydra repository, that is abp_rewrite.py, utils.py and autotest.py, compatible with Python 3.5, while keeping the code also compatible with PYthon 2.7. Also add a tox.ini to make testing easier.
