Environment
Windows 10, Anniversary Update. ABP issue-119-inject-css branch.
How to reproduce
- Build a devbuild based on 6f2c47a24e3b.
- Open IE and go to ABP settings
...
Observed behaviour
The settings page is not populated. The suscription list is empty. The page is not translated, the AA checkbox is not initialized.
Expected behaviour
Settings page should be initialized with values loaded from the plugin.

Change successfully implemented, settings page loads correctly with AA enabled by default. Verified working on Windows 8 IE 10, Windows 10 IE 11, ABP version 1.5.856.
