Description

Background

#4548 fixes a bug in the Gecko branch of the release automation, something we already had to work around for the previous release. In addition, this will import #4028 and #4569, neither of which should have an effect on the build.

What to change

Run ensure_dependencies.py and commit the changes. Verify that both development and release build are unaffected by the update.

Hints for testers

This is a tooling change that shouldn't have any impact on the actual builds whatsoever.
