Description
If the user is currently on a page and wishes to navigate away, they select the address bar, delete the current URL (Current page URL) and then type the new URL to navigate to. On Android 7.0 and up when the user attempts to type a new URL after deleting the current one, the old URL is placed in the address bar along with the newly typed characters.

How to reproduce
- Load any URL (http://www.msn.com)
- Select the address bar
- Delete the current URL (http://www.msn.com)
- Start to enter a new URL (http://www.yahoo.com)
Observed behaviour
The old URL is entered into the address bar as well as the newly typed characters.
Expected behaviour
Only the currently typed characters are entered into the address bar.
