Limit length of team member descriptions on team page

Background

We've always tried to limit the length of team member descriptions on eyeo.com/team to keep them short and concise. Initially, that maximum was set to three lines but since then more and more people have been added with a description that's four or even five lines long.

If we don't establish some technical limitation (or at least an official policy) on this, I'd expect this to escalate even further in the future.

What to change

• Introduce a check to disallow texts in web.eyeo.com/includes/globals.tmpl that exceed a certain length that's roughly equivalent to three lines on eyeo.com/team.
• Shorten - but not truncate - existing texts that exceed this limit.
