Automatically update bundled lists

Description
Background
We currently have 2 bundled lists (easylist and exceptionrules) in the raw resources of ABP for Samsung internet, which get outdated pretty fast and ideally need to be updated at each release of ABP for Samsung Internet.
What to change
We need to create a script/Gradle task that will automatically fetch the latest bundled lists when generating a release build.
