Description

Environment

Microsoft Edge 40, EdgeHTML 15, Windows 10 Creators Update.

How to reproduce

  1. Try opening the options page from the ABP popup.

Observed behaviour

A new tab is opened with invalid URL like
ms-browser-extension://AdblockPlus.39C9F4F7497B4464A8C2BEAB3CE5F480/ms-browser-extension://AdblockPlus.39C9F4F7497B4464A8C2BEAB3CE5F480/options.html

Expected behaviour

A new tab with a valid URL should be opened.

This is a result of an Edge issue described ​here.

Done. Options page opens correctly in Edge (and still works in all other webex browsers).
