Description
Background
After several design iterations we finally have a final version of the new options page (See #5158).
As we are short on time and Mozilla would like to remove featured addons from the AMO by 1-st of the September 2017. We would like first lunch everything, but General tab.
What to change
Remove everything General tab related from the new options page.
