Description
Background
The title on https://acceptableads.com/en/blog/ is "The official Acceptable Ads Committee blog", which is a bit misleading since now Acceptable Ads Committee is set up and has their own blog https://blog.acceptableads.com/. The one on https://acceptableads.com/en/blog/ should be more general because it is offering not just articles about AAC but also all Acceptable Ads related information.
What to change
Replacing current title "The official Acceptable Ads Committee blog" with "The official Acceptable Ads blog".

I'm going to take creative liberty and rename the actual title from "Blog | The Acceptable Ads Committee" to "Blog | Acceptable Ads" (in addition to changing the heading).
