Description
Background
server16 hasn't really been maintained and is still running OpenSUSE 12.3. We have Node 0.8 running there which is extremely outdated and is too outdated for our build process. This operating system has no updates however and getting a current Node version for it is non-trivial to say the least.
What to change
Upgrade the server to OpenSUSE Leap 42.3. This would have to happen in multiple steps, the supported upgrade path is 12.3 => 13.1 => 13.2 => 42.1 => 42.2 => 42.3.
We have to create a backup before the upgrade is started, to minimize the damage in case that server fails. Note that issue reports data isn't part of the backup.

It seems that we won't do that any more.
Note that we have gotten past the node version problem by moving the ABP build to a modern Debian server.
I hope that we can migrate the remaining services and decommission server16 before it becomes unavoidable to upgrade it. At least, I'd like to get the community forum off of it before we touch anything (#2866).
