Environment

Chrome v60

How to reproduce

  1. Remove ​preloaded filters from the background.js
  2. Run ./test_server.py from inside the adblockplusuirepository.
  3. Go to ​http://localhost:5000/new-options.html#advanced
  4. Observe My filter list section

Observed behaviour

Empty filter list view is not triggered, no cancel or save button at all.

Expected behaviour

Empty filter list view is shown

Never-mind, this is unreproducible, I've got this unexpected behavior because I didn't loaded subscription.xml
