Description

Background

Legacy Firefox extension used to have a report_submiturl preference determining the issue reporter backend. This preference has been replaced by a hardcoded URL in the current issue reporter implementation. That's suboptimal for testing.

What to change

Add report_submiturl as a hidden preference. While accessing hidden preferences is complicated, it's possible to change them without creating a new extension build.
