Background

With #6209 we did have address some of our Font rendering issues by adding localized versions of the Source Sans Pro, but yet we still missing Source Sans Pro support for other Languages.
I tested description of "FILTER LISTS" section using the mostly used ​21 languages.

And here are the list of the Languages that yet were having a fallback to other Fonts:

Arabic - ar
zh_CN - Chinese Simplified
zh_TW - Chinese Traditional
ja - Japanese
ko - Korean
th - Thai

What to change

Add Source Sans Pro subsets to support the languages below:

Arabic - ar
zh_CN - Chinese Simplified
zh_TW - Chinese Traditional
ja - Japanese
ko - Korean
th - Thai

I'm not yet sure if the subset for those languages exists, this requires some investigation.
