Use the latest abp2blocklist on the command line.

How to reproduce

Try this filter list with abp2blocklist:

foo.com###foo
bar.com#@##foo

Observed behaviour

The generated content blocker list is empty.

Expected behaviour

The generated content blocker list contains a rule for the first filter.
