Observed behaviour
Currently, we offer the entire filterlist to be downloaded by devices once a day at https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/easylist.txt.
Expected behaviour
Devices would be able to download a diff containing only the changes between their current version and the latest version.
What to change
We can publish diffs from all previous versions to the latest version with the filename being equal to the old version (e.g. the diff from version XYZ to current will be at /easylist/diffs/XYZ.diff).
Each time the latest version is updated, each previously published diff will also need to be updated.
