Description

It's extremely frustrating trying to use our hg repo for the codingtools repo ​https://hg.adblockplus.org/codingtools I would like to at least mirror the repo to gitlab, but better and easier would be to simply move the repo to gitlab.

Also, I'm not sure why the stylelint and eslint configs are in the same repo. I think it'd be best to simply split this codingtools repo in to two separate repos hosted on gitlab.
