Environment

Firefox for Android.

How to reproduce

Install ABP in Firefox for Android.

Observed behaviour

The first run page isn't shown, and no subscriptions are listed in the settings. After restarting Firefox, both first run page and subscriptions show up.

Expected behaviour

The first run page should show up right after the installation, and all recommended subscriptions should show up on the settings page.
