How to reproduce
- Launch Chrome
- Go to URL https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/
- Scroll down and click link "Add ChinaList to Adblock Plus" under ChinaList
- Click Add button in Adblock plus options
- Click Update now Button
Observed behaviour
An error "Failed, download failure" is displayed
Expected behaviour
The list should get successfully updated

Not really our property, but the filter list authors of Easylist now replaced Chinalist with Easylist china and the respective links.

Does it work at a retry? If yes, this was just a temporary conncection issue of whatever kind.

It does not work after a retry also.
