Background
We currently still toggle the firstrun page to include or not include the donation button in IE, which was an implemented A/B test some 1.5 years ago and is no longer needed.
What to change
Remove the A/B test to toggle the firstrun page to include or not include the donation button in IE and do always show the donation button instead.
